• June 23-27, 2008- Registration deadline, June 16
• July 7-11, 2008- Registration deadline, June 20

Schedule:

Ages 8-12 - Monday through Wednesday - 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Ages 13, Up - Monday through Wednesday - 1:00PM to 5:00PM
Both groups (all ages) - Thursday - 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Cost:

$175 per person

Other Important information:

• *Parents will need to transport their child(ren) to the outdoor climbing site on Thursday (carpools are encouraged). Our group climbing location is roughly 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, and does involve an easy hike.
• Each participant will also need to bring a sack lunch on the offsite climbing day. (more "what to bring" items will be provided in your camp registration packet)
• A minimum class size of 6 students will be required for the camp to be offered.
• The total class size is limited to 20 participants.

• June 16 is the preregistration deadline for the June 23-27 camp
• June 30 is the preregistration deadline for the July 7-11 camp

2008 Climbing Camps!

June 23-27 - July 7-11, 2008

Our Walnut Wall climbing camps are the perfect place for the young person or adult who would like to be introduced to the wonderful world of rock climbing! Each week's camp consists of three half-day sessions at the Walnut Wall, where students will learn the essential skills required for rock climbing from TAG's trained climbing staff. The curriculum will include topics and skills such as climbing movement, gear inspection, rope work, technical belaying, equipment operation, and above all, safety! Students will have ample opportunity to practice and apply these skills at the Wall while also having lots of time to just CLIMB! On Thursday camp kicks up to the next level with a field trip to climb on real rock!* Each camper also receives an Adventure Guild Climbing Camp t-shirt and a coupon for 10% off the purchase of climbing equipment.
