Throughout Western Europe, aerial adventure parks are extremely popular. Though similar in design to traditional static belay challenge courses, these aerial adventure courses are geared toward personal adventure and challenge rather than team development and are intended to serve a tourist demographic. These courses are structured around increasing levels of difficulty and include many type of bridges, tubes, climbing structures, ziplines and more to challenge every ability level. Until recently, these type of adventure parks did not exist in the US. Even now, there are only a handful; but interest is exploding.

In preparation for the expected interest, in 2008 The Adventure Guild launched ZipStream Aerial Adventure Parks as a new brand and has begun marketing this exciting new product across the US, becoming the first US based challenge course vendor to specialize in this unique product.

Several locations in / around Chattanooga, TN, as well as a locations in Goshen, VA, and Portland, OR are scheduled for installation / operation in early 2010. Locations in FL and CO are also in negotionation. When completed, the Dunlap, TN (Chattanooga) ZipStream location will include Aerial Adventure Courses, a Zipline Tour, Via Ferrata (cable course on the cliffline) as well as rock climbing and rappelling.
