We are an adventure-based, experiential education and recreation company based in Chattanooga, TN that has been serving the regional Southeast for over fourteen years. Through those years "the Guild" has established a fantastic reputation for providing consistent, high-quality adventure experiences for all our clients. Our past and present client base includes individuals, camps, non-profit organizations, small businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, churches, synagogues, para-church organizations, municipalities, and more. Our passion is to provide the highest possible quality adventure experiences that make an impact on people's lives. Whether it's a private rock climbing trip, a day at a ropes course, an excursion into a cave, a full-on expedition to a big mountain, paddling aquamarine waters in a sea kayak, an adventure retreat for your church or school, or simply an hour at our climbing wall, we want people to learn something about themselves and the world around them through the experience. Our catch phrase, "Discover the Life-transforming Power of Adventure" really does sum up what we believe about what we do. Adventure is a doorway into the mind, the heart, and the soul, that can truly lead to wonderful discoveries. It's our joy to open that door for our clients.

To that end, we employ a host of capable, kind, experienced, technically proficient, and authentically fun staff members that care deeply about our clients. Many of them hold certifications from, and/or memberships in, some of the most respected outdoor organizations in the nation, such as the American Mountain Guides Association, National Outdoor Leadership School, the Professional Ropes Course Association, the Association for Challenge Course Technology, the Christian Adventure Association, Wilderness Medical Associates, Wilderness Medical Institute, and many more. Our staff includes many of the leading outdoor people in the Chattanooga/Tri-State area, including some who lead other outdoor organizations and who are contributing writers and editors for outdoor publications. We pride ourselves on having staff in the field who "know their stuff", and continually provide training to deepen both their hard (technical) and soft (people) skills.
